There is an opening for the position of Assistant Manager HR in our reputed organization. Please find below the Job Description and the Skills required to apply for this position.

Job Description:

      1. Flawless maintenance of lifecycle management for more than 1200 employees through streamlined processes
      2. Accountable for the full scope of HR activities (Onboarding to Exit)
      3. Managing Employee information systems (Data Base & Personal Files)
      4. Work with business and HR leadership on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented across locations
      5. Design, develop & execute employee engagement and other employee communication forums
      6. Manage internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values, advancement, motivation etc.)
      7. Facilitate the entire performance & competency management process including appraisals for employees.
      8. Actively engage the key talent groups through structured interactions, as well as regular communications formally and informally.
      9. Compile specified HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data
      10. Compliance Audit
      11. Vendor Management as per the requirement
      12. Attendance, Leave management and ensuring all necessary inputs for the payroll process are delivered
      13. Employee engagement activities to motivate, inspire and maintain high employee morale and energy levels
      14. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures



Skills :

      1. Full time MBA in Human Resources with at least 5-6 years of experience; past experience in an HR Partnering & operations role
      2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
      3. Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
      4. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and provide clear/best fit solutions
      5. Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure
      6. Pro-active with good problem solving skills
      7. Extremely collaborative
      8. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & PowerPoint
      9. Strong prioritization and time management skills
      10. Honest and high on integrity
